The specification of integrated housing has not issued,which has caused great difficulties in working for designers.Using foreign standards blindly , such as AISC, EC and can't have connect with domestic specification. therefore, we must formulate method of design that accord with our national conditions and based on the theory of limit state.
Integrated housing use standard of various materials, such as sheet walls, doors and Windows, roofing material which in our country belong to different functional department management, causing different standards into their things,can’t connect. Countries should according to the characteristics of the integrated housing, formulate unified coordination standards to standardize related enterprise, produce the mutual supporting components products to be convenient for designers to choose.
Standardize production principle:
Many varieties and many quantities integrated housing component decide integrated installation and factory production should be carried out in strict accordance with the principle of standardization. Therefore, it is the most essential method to adopt the principle and method of the international common "modular coordination".Modular coordination task is to formulate and product various housing part of the production specifications, which can make all kinds of housing part to be ready for the installation to the designated location, and the component different enterprise product can be interchangeable.Second,the principle of modular coordination is to guide architects and engineers in their own design of housing projects, can ensure the selection of components, equipment can reasonably be installed in the housing, and not to impede the creation of engineers, the use of modular components can meet the needs of all types of residential living requirements, improve the quality of living.
